[ Project Coordinator ]

Communication Logistics, Inc. is a dynamically growing marketing company seeking an individual to join the customer service department in our Plover, WI office. This Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating/managing projects, from start to fininsh, such as ecommerce website development, website updates, bulk email development and blasts. The role requires the individual to create a relationship with his/her clients and gain an understanding of the client's needs. He/she must have experience in project managment, ecommerce website developement and SEO optimization. Knowledge in graphic design as well as good computer and communication skills are very important. He/she will have good organizational skills and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple projects, and delivering all projects on time as scheduled. Position requires daily communication with customers and production staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage account relationships including ongoing communications and coordination of projects.
  • Delivery of excellent client service and exceeding expectations.
  • Track and maintain all activity for accounts/projects
  • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of each project assigned
  • Provide direction and support to the project team as needed
  • Quality assurance
  • Maintain all appropriate paperwork for each project such as estimates, job ticket, purchase orders, schedules and billing
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

We are seeking an individual to join the technology team as a website developer. Our programming department has a reputation of building and designing cutting edge ecommerce applications utilizing the latest technologies from Microsoft, such as .NET, SQL Server 2008 and more.

The ideal candidate must have experience working with ASP.Net, C#, or Java, as well as experience working with relational databases.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Design and Development of C# .NET applications
  • Create and manage web applications, using existing code bases
  • Develop web pages/applications using the Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET Framework
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML
  • Experience with JavaScript and jQuery is a plus
  • Experience with e-commerce is a plus
