NCOA Link™ & Move Update
CLI is a licensed NCOA Link™ provider. A "before you mail" solution, NCOA allows you to put more good addresses in the mail. The USPS now requires that all Standard A mail provide a proof of Move Update documentation that is compliant within 90 days of mailing. NCOA is the most efficient, cost-effective process to meet these requirements. Your CLI project coordinator makes certain that the proper Move Update documentation is forwarded to your printer for you. Our NCOA process also includes a 2-Pass CASS Certification in order to maximize postal discounts. CLI’s postal database files are updated weekly, giving you the latest, most up-to-date address information.
LACS
LACS is another "before you mail" solution—it enables mailers to update lists when local authorities have converted addresses. LACS improves deliverability and enables mailers to identify potential duplicates when files are merged. Maximum address hygiene benefits are realized when LACS processing is combined with NCOA. You can be confident in knowing that you are putting more good addresses in the mail to markedly increase your profitability.
Postal Qualification
CLI’s postal qualification software optimizes presorts to realize the maximum discounts allowed on every mail piece. We utilize BMC entry discounts, palletization, and Line of Travel (Enhanced Carrier Route) discounts. We also process multiple mailing piece weights to take advantage of USPS discounts and make use of selectronic coding.
Add-A-Name
CLI’s Add-A-Name program enhances postal discounts further. Add-A-Name performs quick processing to maximize carrier routes and ensure postal discounts. Our cutting-edge program pulls from a file of names that would not normally be mailed. However, these names are guaranteed to mail at a lower postage rate. Because the added volume these names bring decreases the postage rate of existing mail pieces, the additional names are mailed at virtually no additional cost to you.
